How do I make a purchase?
Shopping through A N O T H E R website is easy: You can purchase any item from the Men, Women or Lifestyle sections. Once you have found an item, choose your size and click on the 'Add to Cart’ button on the product page. Review the items in your cart by clicking on the “Bag Icon” at the top of the page or in the “Account” section. Once you are inside your cart, you can edit the color, size and quantity, or even remove one of the items chosen. Before proceeding to checkout: You need to register and create a new account by simply filling your email address, phone number and password in the "Account" section. Click on 'Proceed to Checkout’ to complete your order.
Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
In order to shop through the website, you need to register and create a new account: Simply fill your email address, phone number and password to create an account.
What should I do if I’ve forgotten my login credentials?
Simply follow the “Forgot Password” instructions on the "Sign In".
What payment methods does the website accept and is it safe for me to use my credit card online?
Payments are accepted through both Visa and MasterCard, as well as the A N O T H E R online shopping cards available at A N O T H E R store ONLY. The transactions through both Visa and MasterCard are carried out through a secure checkout system provided by Areeba. The A N O T H E R online shopping cards are available in different amounts: $100 $200. They can be purchased at A N O T H E R store and redeemed online by entering the 13-digit code on the back of the card.
Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?
You can cancel an item, change the size or even edit the billing or shipping details prior to the payment. However, once the order has been placed, we will not be able to add pieces to an existing order or cancel it.
When is my credit card charged for my purchase?
Your credit card is charged at the time of purchase, which will appear on your credit/debit card statement.
What countries does A N O T H E R ship to?
The shipments are restricted to all Middle Eastern and GCC countries. You may however purchase from any country abroad, indicating a local delivery address.
How long would the delivery service take and how much would it cost?
The delivery service is usually within 1 to 3 working days following the purchase order. An additional fee of 6 USD will be added to your total purchase amount as a delivery fee. However, any purchase equal to or exceeding LBP 100 USD will result in free delivery ( In Lebanon only).
Will my order be safe and secure?
Our delivery service is through Aramex and you can rest assured that your purchase will be handled with the utmost care. Additionally, the items will be insured against theft and accidental damage.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email with your Aramex airway bill number. This will enable you to track your purchase at www.aramex.com
